This text explains how to set up and administer a Windows NT thin-client system. It also covers the Citrix Picasso add-on product for use in heterogenous networking environments.
At last a no nonsense book on the monster that is metaframe. This is probably the first computer related book which when you read you actually understand what its saying, which for me is quite important. No only does it run through the thin client history, but gives clear and consise instructions on installation, administration and maintenance. Especially good are the 'real world' tips found at the bottom of pages, simple, quick and ever so useful nuggets which make the metaframe administrator's life a whole lot easier. If you're thinking of getting Metaframe or have already got it then BUY THIS BOOK - it might just save your hairline!
