Training on your terms

We've set-up countless networks, configured many systems and attended too many training courses to mention, and this vast experience will be quickly and efficiently passed on to you and your staff.

Our main area of training is on the accounting software side i.e. how to input data, perform backups, process payrolls etc. etc. but we are more than willing to assist you in hardware and other software. We've even started training clients how to build web pages through our Internet division ItsViable.com.

How do we do it?

We provide Opera training on-site using the customer's own live data so that we are assisting with the implementation and being productive at the same time as teaching the system. It is our experience that this process assists our customers to become productive more quickly than any other method. To enhance this process we provide the training in half-day sessions. This helps with the retention of information as people can then practice what they have been taught and they do not go into "overload". We restrict the number of students on each course to a maximum of 4.

Pricing

Our training is charged in half day sessions. It is very difficult to assess how much training any one company is going to require. From experience, half-day to whole day module is normally sufficient, however, some experienced users have taken a lot less.
