We'll Support you evermore!We provide support in a slightly different manner to our competitors in Scotland. We operate a "Bank of Hours" contract as opposed to annual support contracts, as we feel that this gives our customers much better value for money. This means that you will actually receive support for every pound you spend with us, as you are always entitled to support while your "account" is in credit. If your account is in credit at the end of year one, then this simply rolls forward into year two. BenefitsAdditional benefits to our customers are that we provide management information on who has used the account, for what and for how long, thus highlighting possible staff training requirements. We also provide feedback on your support account status so that you will know when your account requires to be topped-up. This also highlights how much support you are actually receiving and therefore you can judge if you think you are getting value for your money. How do we do it?As we need to take note of who is actually logging calls, we allow this contract to cover more than one site if required, and therefore there is no need to buy more than one Bank of Hours. We provide quarterly reports to allow our clients to do any internal cross-charging that may be required. If you have a modem and "PC anywhere" we can provide "dial-up" support under this same contract (if not we can quote for them). PricingOur Bank of Hours are charged at very competitive rates. It also covers on-site work if required. The minimum initial purchase for stand-alone systems is 5 hours. |
